Q:How do returns work?

Q: What is the process for damaged items?
Carefully inspect all shipments upon delivery. If there is apparent damage, our customers are advised to reject the shipment or accept the shipment with reservations, obtaining a reference number from the driver and noting the damage on the delivery paperwork. Customers must report damages to AOCO Immediately.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs varies by product and quantity ordered. Shipping will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
